Chico, age 16, is a California cat, a tabby who was only a kitten when Ken brought him home from Pescadero.

Sevda is named for the Turkish word meaning "Love, passion." She was 7 mos old when we adopted her from Springfield, MA. SPCA in spring 1994. Approx 10 years old in this photo.

[This webpage was created in 2004. Chico lived until February 2005. Sevda was still going strong as of June 2008, though daily medications needed for thyroid and eyes. She was frisky (chasing her tail) and affectionate. She died in mid 2009, almost 16 years old.]
